No Refunds

All sales on Ukieo are final. We do not offer refunds for subscription payments, credit purchases, or any fees charged for the use of our Platform.

Why We Don't Offer Refunds

Ukieo provides access to AI-powered generation services that consume computational resources upon use. Because credits are consumed immediately when content is generated, and the underlying infrastructure costs are incurred in real time, we are unable to reverse or refund these transactions.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
  • You will retain access to your remaining credits until the billing period expires.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation takes effect.
  • No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining time in your billing cycle.

Failed Generations

If a generation fails due to a technical error on our end, credits consumed by that generation will be automatically refunded to your account balance. This is an internal credit refund, not a monetary refund.

Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances, such as unauthorized charges or billing errors, please contact us through our platform. We will review each case individually and may issue a refund at our sole discretion.
