  • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the Platform, including generation history, credit usage, and canvas activity.
  • Generated Content: Text, images, video, and audio content you create using the Platform.
  • Uploaded Content: Files you upload to the Platform for use in your projects.
  • Payment Information: Subscription and billing data processed through Paddle. We do not directly store your payment card details.
  • Device Information: Browser type, operating system, and IP address for security and analytics purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Platform and its features.
  • To process your subscription and manage your credit balance.
  • To store and deliver your generated and uploaded content.
  • To communicate with you about your account, updates, and service changes.
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the Platform:

  • Supabase: Authentication, database, and file storage.
  • Replicate: AI model inference for image, video, and media generation.
  • ElevenLabs: Voice and music generation.
  • Paddle: Payment processing and subscription management.
  • Google: OAuth authentication.

Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Generated content is stored in cloud storage and associated with your account. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Generated content associated with inactive accounts may be deleted after 90 days of inactivity. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
